ORDERING AND DELIVERY

CHRISTMAS 2025

**The last post date from Jo Lavelle Jewellery is Thursday 18th December**

Local collection is available until Monday 22nd December.

You can order directly from the SHOP and from events that Jo attends. If you would like to meet Jo at any of her events please click here for dates and locations. Upcoming EVENTS.

Most orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail 1st class tracked.

All postage is free however if you would like a piece to to be posted by special delivery there will be a cost incurred.

Delivery can be arranged to the recipient. Please add the details of delivery address when ordering.

Please remember that each piece is handmade and some pieces will be made specially to order and therefore will take a little longer to reach you.

Need a piece of jewellery asap?
We do hold stock so if you need a piece for a certain date please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best.

LOCAL COLLECTION.

A local collection option is available from the studio in South Manchester. If this is an option for you then please contact to arrange. Jo participates in lots of events where collection of orders can be arranged. Details about events can be found here. https://jolavellejewellery.com/events/

PACKAGING

All items come beautifully gift wrapped in a box like the image above. Packaging does change to suit seasons but always comes beautifully packed! All packaging is paper based and fully recyclable.
