REPAIRS
If you have purchased Jo Lavelle Jewellery and it needs repairing please contact Jo on how to proceed.
REPLACEMENTS
If you have lost a cherished earring we are happy to replace. You will need to return the original earring and we will match it up with a new earring and clean up the old one if necessary. Contact Jo for a quote.
CLEANING
Most of the jewellery is made from silver and we appreciate this can tarnish. Your pieces can be posted to the studio for a glow up! Prices on request.
RE OXIDISING JEWELLERY
The oxidisation process is a popular jewellery finish and unfortunately it does wear off over time. If you would like a piece re-oxidised please contact to make arrangements.
