There are a couple of ways to determine your ring size.

1. If you have a ring that fits and it isn’t misshapen from wear then you can measure the internal diameter from which the size can be established.
2. Request a plastic ring sizer. Measure your finger at home. Tips for measuring at home, the ring must be measured when the finger is warm and for a good fit must be a good push over the knuckle.
