Some words from Ruth
I am a jeweller & set up Ada (which means adornment in Hebrew) a boutique style gallery in Market Harborough, Leicestershire (East Midlands) in March 2014. Selling a unique selection of ‘Contemporary handcrafted jewellery & adornments’ by 30 or more highly skilled top & emerging independent designer makers, exclusive to a 40 mile radius.

The 37 designer makers currently being showcased are: Jane Adam, Ellie Air Jewellery, Marianne Anderson, Donna Barry, Laura Baxter, Hannah Bedford, Holly Berry, Angela Cork, Charlotte Anne Duckworth, Emma Farnworth, Jessica Flinn, Florrie, Eileen Gatt, Claire Gaudion, Alma Geller, Laura Gravestock, Marion Kane, Alison Kellet, Jennifer Kidd, Gail Klevan, Kokkino, Gilly Langton, Anna Lorenz, Ruth Lyne, Karen McMillan, Lok Ming Fung, Christina Oswin, Oy Wah, Sarah Pulvertaft, Margo Selby, SodaKitsch, Tom Pigeon, Cara Tonkin, Tyro Laser, Malin Winberg, Misun Won and Kate Wood.
Market Harborough has a population of 21,000 and is becoming very affluent with lots of new houses being built & many people commuting to London on the 1hr fast train. I have found the perfect little shop where I will be based making my jewellery in a cute little courtyard just off the High Street where my neighbours are a very nice hair salon, cafe & exclusive private tuition for children & adults. Just outside of the courtyard on the High Street you have Joules, Fat Face, independent designer clothes shops & children clothing stores, restaurants & bars etc.
